New Director, Client
Services Adds Bandwidth as Company Continues
to Grow
Norristown, PA –
February 27, 2007— Mindbridge
Software, an open source business innovator,
announces that Jason Vitz has joined the company
as Director, Client Services. Vitz brings
almost a decade of client services experience
to the fast-growing company.

for the launch of MindGuardTM, our flagship
open source security monitoring service,"

Prior to joining Mindbridge, Vitz served
as the Advisory Applications Support Analyst
at SunGard Higher Education in Malvern, PA
and as a Customer Product Services Manager
at Kensey Nash Corporation in Exton. In his
role as Director, Client Services, Vitz is
responsible for building and managing the
Mindbridge support team. Says Vitz, "My
goal goes beyond 100% customer satisfaction.
I want our clients to be absolutely delighted
with our support services–every time."
When asked how he'll build such a client services
organization, Vitz states that he believes
that a superb support team starts internally,
at the company level. To that end says Vitz,

the call of duty and that, he says, will make
the difference. Vitz also intends to incorporate
state-of-the-art technology to increase the
